How long does my membership last?
The Silver Membership is lifetime, while Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Memberships are valid for a consecutive 12-month period. To remain active as a Radiance member, a minimum purchase is required within a 12-month period.

How do I qualify or requalify for my membership tier?
Register today at https://member.cledepeau-beaute.com.my/register to become a Silver member. Spend the minimum membership tier amount over a consecutive 12-month period to maintain your membership tier qualification.

How can I earn points?
You can earn 1 point for every ringgit spent at Clé de Peau Beauté outlets.

How long does it take for points to be reflected in my account?
Points will be reflected in your account after your in-store purchase is successfully processed.

When is the product redemption and collection period?
Product redemption and collection occur during Member's Day events, with announcements made in advance to all members.

Am I able to return my rewards or exchange it for another reward once I have collected it?
You are not able to return or exchange redeemed products for other rewards.
